Cucumber Pomade
Ingredients
Directions
Melt the spermaceti with the lard.
Keep the mixture in constant motion while it cools.
Beat the grease in a mortar, gradually adding the essence of cucumber.
Continue to beat until the spirit is evaporated and the pomade is beautifully white.
Apply a little over the skin at bedtime.
