Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of mustard with 1 tablespoon of water to form a paste.

  2. Add 1 raw egg yolk to the paste and stir thoroughly.

  3. Slowly add the sweet oil while stirring quickly.

  4. In another bowl, mash the yolks of 8 hard boiled eggs very fine.

  5. Add the yolks of 2 raw eggs, a little vinegar, red pepper, and salt to the mashed yolks.

  6. Combine the dressing with the first mixture; this is enough dressing for 2 lobsters.
