Canning Blueberries
Ingredients
Directions
Pick over your blueberries and fill your jars full.
Shake the jars down on your knee to settle the berries, then add more until full without jamming.
Place a grate made of sticks in a wash boiler to keep the jars off the bottom.
Add cold water to the boiler until it reaches one-third of the jar height.
Boil the water for about 30 minutes until the berries are heated through.
Remove one jar at a time, fill it with boiling water, and seal immediately.
