  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, ham, meat jelly, parsley, pepper, salt, and mayonnaise sauce.

  3. Spread a portion of this mixture on six squares of puff pastry.

  4. Cover with the remaining squares.

  5. Place on an entree dish with cress in the center.

  6. Roll scraps of puff pastry very thin and cut into squares about two inches in size.
