Sausage Color

Ingredients

• 100 parts dyestuff
• 1,000 to 2,000 parts hot water
• 45 to 50 parts boracic acid
• 25 to 30 parts formalin (optional)

Directions

1. Dissolve dyestuff in hot water.

2. Add hot solution of boracic acid and stir well.

3. Filter the mixture and allow it to cool.

4. Preserve in tightly closing bottles.

5. If using formalin, add it to the cooled dye solution after filtering.
