Rout-cakes in the Form of Balls
Ingredients
Directions
Roll out the thin paste and cut out two dozen small rounds.
Place the rounds in rows on a waxed baking sheet.
Form some of the paste into small round balls, the size of a nut.
Place three balls on top of each round, with a piece of angelica between each ball.
Dry the cakes and bake them until lightly colored.
Once baked, paint them with pink icing.
