Curry Sausages

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the sausage meat and season it as usual.

  2. Mix the sausage meat with apple pulp, fried onion, mixed herbs, and curry paste blended with a little stock.

  3. Beat the mixture well and add stale fine crumbs until it reaches the consistency of sausage meat.

  4. Let the mixture stand in a cool place for a short time to soften the crumbs.

  5. Fill the sausage skins with the mixture and cook as required.
