Canned Fruit, Without Sugar
Ingredients
Directions
Place the fruit in a preserving pan with just enough water to prevent burning.
Bring the mixture just to a boil.
Prepare screw-topped glass bottles by heating them with hot water, then pour out the water.
Pour the boiling fruit into the heated bottles, filling them to the top.
Screw down the lids immediately to seal the bottles.
Examine the bottles the next day; if bubbles are seen, bring the contents to a boil again.
