Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the cooked chicken or turkey into small dice and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  2. Mix the diced meat with chopped celery and chopped hard-boiled eggs.

  3. Arrange the mixture on a serving plate and pour a generous amount of mayonnaise or dressing over it.

  4. Garnish with celery tips and olives.

  5. Optionally, use lettuce instead of celery and add celery salt or seed to the dressing.

  6. Alternatively, mix the dressing with the meat and celery and let it chill in the refrigerator before serving.
