Truffles a LA Minute
Ingredients
Directions
Wash, pick, and slice the truffles.
Place them in a fireproof dish.
Add chopped parsley, chives, shallots, coarse sea salt, black pepper, and a little olive oil.
Cover the dish and cook until one side is well done, then turn the truffles.
Once cooked, add lemon juice.
If serving with sauce, strain off the oil and serve with a good sauce.
