Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Lemons
Provide the primary acidity and bright lemon flavor of the punch.
Granulated sugar
Sweetens the lemon juice and balances its tartness.
Carbonated water
Adds fizz and a light, sparkling texture to the punch.

The step that matters

Add the carbonated water just before serving. Carbonation escapes as bubbles over time, so adding the chilled water at the last moment keeps the punch fizzy.

Swap the pineapple

How well each one fits the dish's main ingredients (lemon, sugar, orange):

  1. Limefits better
  2. Vanillafits better
  3. Blueberryfits better
