Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the maccaroni in water until it swells and is soft enough to cut.

  2. Cut the maccaroni into short pieces, about 2 inches long.

  3. Grease a mold and stick the maccaroni closely together all over the mold.

  4. Fill the space in the mold with your choice of meat.

  5. Close the mold carefully and boil it.

  6. Serve with rich white sauce on the side, not poured over the timbale.
