Yeast Cakes
Ingredients
Directions
Make the yeast at night to allow it to dry the next day.
In the morning, when the yeast is light like honeycomb, knead in corn meal.
Roll out the mixture and cut it into thin cakes.
Dry the cakes in the wind, avoiding direct sunlight.
Turn the cakes several times on the first day; they will be dry in a few days.
