Hurry-up Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Crumble cheese onto small, thin pancakes.

  2. Fold the pancakes over the cheese.

  3. Run a thread through the edges to secure the cheese.

  4. Place in the oven at 400°F (200°C) or in a frying pan until the cheese begins to melt.

  5. Serve hot for best flavor.
