Ikan Bawal in Ramakin Cases

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Fillet the fish and fry until cooked.

  2. Divide the fish using a fish fork and place small pieces into ramakin cases.

  3. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and black pepper, then add chopped capers.

  4. Place the ramakin cases in a tin of water in the oven to keep hot at 350°F (175°C).

  5. When ready to serve, heat some butter and pour a little over each ramakin.
