Beef Patties

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mince the cold roast beef finely.

  2. In a bowl, combine the minced beef with pepper, salt, onion, nutmeg, flour, and butter.

  3. Place the mixture in an enamel saucepan over low heat.

  4. Cook for about 15 minutes until the butter is absorbed.

  5. Prepare pastry cases as you would for shrimp patties.

  6. Remove the tops of the cases and fill them with the beef mixture.
