Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Roll out the puff pastry thinly.

  2. Cut it into rounds or squares of equal size.

  3. Place a small amount of raspberry jam in the center of each piece.

  4. Moisten the edges of the pastry with water.

  5. Fold the pastry over the jam and press the edges together to seal.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
