  1. If the salt pork is too salty, soak it in hot water for a few minutes.

  2. Fry the pork slices in deep hot fat until crisp.

  3. For the gravy, remove the pork and add flour to the fat, stirring well.

  4. Gradually add 1 cup of milk while stirring until it boils.

  5. Pour the gravy over the crisp pork and serve with baked potatoes.
