Making Coffee
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare the coffee
Roast coffee beans in an enamelled frying pan over a mild fire until rich brown, stirring constantly.
For each cup of coffee, use 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and pour ½ cup of boiling water over it.
Let the coffee steep for 30 minutes, then strain through a linen or cotton bag into a coffee pot.
Serve
To serve, mix ¼ cup of coffee with ¾ cup of boiling milk and add sugar to taste.
