Pie-crust
Ingredients
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Cut the lard into the flour using a knife until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually mix in cold water, using as little as possible to form a stiff dough.
Roll out the dough and place it into lightly floured pie pans.
This recipe makes two covered pies or four without covers.
