Rabbit Stew

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and cut the rabbit meat into small pieces.

  2. Place the meat in a dish and pour over boiled cider or lemon juice and water with cut onions, spices, and bay leaves.

  3. Let the meat marinate in this mixture for 1 to 2 days.

  4. Remove the meat and place it in a pan on the stove with a little cider, adding water, fresh-cut onions, salt, and flour.

  5. Boil until the meat is cooked through.

  6. Thicken the gravy with browned flour, then add white wine and a small amount of sugar to taste.
