Filtered Coffee
Ingredients
Directions
Purchase a glass funnel (4 to 6 inches in diameter) and filter paper.
Fold a sheet of filter paper and fit it into the funnel, ensuring it touches the glass.
Place fine-ground coffee in the filter paper.
Pour boiling water slowly over the coffee and let it drip into a hot coffee pot or warm coffee cup.
Once brewed, keep the coffee hot, remove the filter paper, and dispose of it.
Wash the funnel and let it dry upside down.
