Mayonnaise of Sweetbreads and Cucumbers

Directions
Prepare the sweetbreads by boiling them until tender, then cool and cut into small pieces.
Slice the cucumbers thinly.
Combine the sweetbreads and cucumbers in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise to the mixture and stir gently to coat.
Serve chilled.
