Soda and Baking Powder Used Together
Ingredients
Directions
Use sour milk with just enough baking soda to sweeten it.
In mixtures calling for sweet milk, substitute the sour milk mixture.
Add baking powder to lighten the mixture, reducing the usual quantity slightly due to the gas evolved from the sour milk and baking soda.
