Ingredients

• 1 cup yellow cornmeal
• ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
• 1 cup water

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, mix the cornmeal and salt.

3. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.

4. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
