Australian Method of Preserving Eggs
Ingredients
Directions
Heat glass jars in hot water until the air inside is warm.
Wrap fresh eggs in paper to prevent damage.
Place the wrapped eggs in the warm jars with the pointed ends up.
Seal the jars immediately and remove them from the hot water.
Store the jars in a cool place; the eggs will be good for months.
