Unsupervised Recovery of Food Taxonomy from Volatile Compound Profiles: A UMAP Analysis of 450 Ingredients

Without supervision or human-coded labels, a UMAP projection of 7,464 volatile compounds across 450 ingredients reproduces conventional food categories — and surfaces cross-category molecular bridges that traditional culinary intuition misses.

2018 Regulatory toxicology and pharmacology : RTP other

Monte-Carlo and multi-exposure assessment for the derivation of criteria for disinfection byproducts and volatile organic compounds in drinking water: Allocation factors and liter-equivalents per day.

The probability distributions of total potential doses of disinfection byproducts and volatile organic compounds via ingestion, inhalation, and dermal exposure were estimated with... Read full abstract on PubMed →

2018 Journal of chromatography. A gc ms

Development and validation of a multiclass method for the determination of organohalogen disinfectant by-products in water samples using solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.

An analytical method employing solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) has been developed for quantitative determination of twenty-s... Read full abstract on PubMed →

All paper metadata — titles, authors, journals, years, DOIs — is public bibliographic information. Abstract snippets shown are truncated to fewer than 200 characters and link to the original source on PubMed or the publisher. We never reproduce full text.
