Sweetbreads Broiled
Ingredients
Directions
Parboil the sweetbreads.
Rub them well with butter.
Broil on a clean grill, turning frequently.
Occasionally roll them over in a plate of hot melted butter to keep them moist.
Season to taste and serve very hot.
