Charlotte Glacee

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Completely line the bottom and sides of a charlotte mold with ladyfinger biscuits.

  2. In a bowl, combine the candied fruits, wash, and cut them into cubes or quarters.

  3. Soak the fruits in kirsch for one hour.

  4. At serving time, spread a layer of fruit ice at the bottom of the mold.

  5. Add a portion of the soaked fruits on top of the ice, then add another layer of ice.

  6. Once the mold is full, invert the charlotte onto a plate covered with a towel.
