How to Prepare Spinach Eor Boiling

Ingredients

• spinach leaves
• coarse sea salt

Directions

1. Remove the large stems from the spinach leaves.

2. Wash the leaves in plenty of cold water and drain in a colander.

3. Put the leaves in a saucepan with lightly salted boiling water.

4. Use a wooden spoon to keep the spinach submerged while boiling until cooked.

5. Immerse the cooked spinach in cold water, drain, and press out all excess water.
