Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak cucumbers in brine for 4 to 5 days.

  2. Cut open one side and scoop out the inner part.

  3. If the inside is very salty, soak in cold water overnight; otherwise, soak for 2 to 3 hours.

  4. Prepare stuffing by finely chopping mustard seed, cloves, black pepper, red pepper pods, small onions, celery seed, and horseradish.

  5. Stuff the cucumbers with the prepared mixture.
