Boiling Puddings
Ingredients
Directions
Fill a pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil.
Add the pudding to the boiling water and keep it boiling.
Have a kettle of boiling water ready to add as it evaporates.
Turn the pudding frequently while it cooks.
When done, dip the pudding in cold water to prevent sticking.
If using pudding molds, grease them well with butter.
Tie the lid on the molds closely and place them in a pot with a small amount of water, adding more as needed.
