Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine hot riced potatoes, pepper, egg, butter, and salt. Mix well.

  2. In a saucepan, make a white sauce by melting 2 tablespoons of butter, then whisk in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.

  4. Finely chop the green pepper, parsley, and onion, then pound them into a paste.

  5. Stir the paste into the white sauce and mix with the chopped meat.

  6. Shape the mixture into cutlets.

  7. Coat each cutlet in egg, then breadcrumbs.

  8. Fry the cutlets in deep fat until golden brown.

  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
