Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.

  3. Sear the lamb chops in a hot skillet until browned on both sides.

  4. Transfer the lamb chops to the oven and roast until cooked to your liking.

  5. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and season to taste.

  6. Sauté the onions in butter until golden brown.
