Potato Puffs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove gristle from the cold roast meat and cut it into small pieces.

  2. Season the meat with pepper, coarse sea salt, and chopped pickles if desired.

  3. Boil and mash the potatoes, then mix them with the egg to form a paste.

  4. Roll out the potato paste on a floured surface and cut into circles using a saucer.

  5. Place some seasoned meat on one half of each circle, then fold it over to create a puff.

  6. Pinch the edges to seal them neatly, then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
