Grapes in Candy

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare your moulds as for meteors and fill them more than half full of syrup boiled to the small blow.

  2. Take handfuls of liqueur drops or grapes, well mixed in colors, and press them into the moulds.

  3. Place the filled moulds in the stove for one hour.

  4. Cover them with fresh syrup boiled to the feather and let sit for three hours.

  5. Strain off the syrup and let the candies dry.

  6. Turn them out on a table and separate them by hand.
