How to Make Chocolate Cream Drops

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a chocolate warmer by placing a smaller pan inside a larger one filled with water; bring the water to a boil.

  2. Add the pounded sweet chocolate to the warmer and stir until it dissolves into a thin paste; mix in a little ground cinnamon.

  3. Roll out the cream into a strip and cut it into equal pieces; roll each piece into balls.

  4. Place the cream balls on trays to dry slightly so they hold their shape.

  5. Pour melted chocolate onto a warm marble slab and add the cream balls; coat them in chocolate.

  6. Drop the coated balls onto sheets of tin covered with wax paper using your fingers.

  7. Set the drops in a cool place until the chocolate hardens; in summer, use an ice chest.
