Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Peaches
Provide the fruit flavor and the body of the frozen dessert.
Granulated sugar
Sweetens the mixture and softens the texture of the frozen dessert.
Whipped cream
Adds richness and a light, airy texture when stirred into the frozen base.

The step that matters

Stir in the whipped cream once frozen. Cream folded into a base that is still liquid will dilute it and deflate its air. Waiting until the mixture is partly frozen keeps the cream light and holds its texture.

Swap the peach

How well each one fits the dish's main ingredients (sugar, cream):

  1. Vanillafits better
  2. Strawberryfits better
  3. Raspberryfits better
