Hashed Lamb and Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Chop the leftover lamb into small pieces.

  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.

  3. In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat.

  4. Add the lamb and cook until heated through.

  5. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.

  6. Roast the potatoes in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown.

  7. Serve the hashed lamb with the roasted potatoes.
