Green Corn for Winter
Ingredients
Directions
In a large pot, bring very little salted water to a boil.
Add the corn and boil for 10 minutes.
Cut the grains from the cobs and spread them on dishes.
Place the dishes in the oven to dry.
Once well dried, put the corn in a sturdy bag and hang it in the storeroom.
If soaked overnight, the corn will cook faster when needed.
