  • 3 cups cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast cubes (about 1 whole breast)
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

Combine rice, chicken, cheese, celery, red pepper, onion and peas in large bowl. Stir together milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in small bowl; add to rice mixture. Transfer to 9x13-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with almonds. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
