Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced green beans
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 2 envelopes of powdered cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup water
Directions
Brown 2 pork chops in 1 Tbs. melted butter.
Add 1/2 cup sliced carrots, 1/2 cup sliced green beans, 1 cup diced potatoes, 1/4 tsp. basil and 2 envelopes of powdered cream of mushroom soup.
Blend with 2/3 cup water.
Simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Serve with wild rice (may simmer rice with chops).
