  • COMBINE:
  • 8 to 10 potatoes, grated
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • SAUTE:
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 8 peppercorns
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

Remove leaves and peppercorns.

Add saute mixture to potato mixture; stir thoroughly.

Place in greased 9 x 13 inch glass casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; until center is done.
