Winter Squash

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash, cut into medium sized pieces, pare and remove seeds. Boil till tender. Drain as dry as possible, and before mashing, let it stand a few minutes on the top of the stove that all the water may evaporate. Season with butter, salt and pepper. It requires more time for cookincr than summer squashes.
