Broiled Pigeons
Ingredients
Directions
Young pigeons, or squabs, are a great delicacy. Clean, wash and dry them carefully with a clean cloth, then split them down the back and broil them like spring chickens. Season with pepper and salt, and add plenty of butter when serving them.
