Tapioca Peach Pudding

  1. Soak tapioca over night and in the morning boil until it is perfectly clear, adding more water from time to time as needed. Slice five nice peaches with a silver knife and sprinkle liberalh^ with sugar. Take the tapioca from the stove, and stir the peaches into it. Eat cold with sugar and cream. Polly M.
