Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the eggs in warm water to heat the shells, preventing cracks.

  2. Bring a saucepan of water to a vigorous boil.

  3. Carefully add the eggs to the boiling water.

  4. Once the water bubbles again, remove it from the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit for 5 minutes.

  5. For hard-boiled eggs, boil for 25 minutes, then place in cold water for 15 minutes.

  6. Gently roll the eggs on the table to crack the shells for easy peeling.

  7. Use a sharp, thin knife to cut the eggs for clean, smooth pieces.
