How to Boil Hams
Ingredients
Directions
Heat the water to 155°F (68°C).
Place the hams in the hot water and keep them submerged for 8 to 9 hours, depending on their size.
Maintain the water temperature as close to 155°F (68°C) as possible.
Once cooked, allow the hams to remain in the water until it is nearly cold to re-absorb nutrients.
Refrigerate overnight to chill thoroughly before slicing.
