Ham and Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the ham quickly and remove it from the pan as soon as it's done.

  2. Drop the eggs, one at a time, into the hot fat, being careful not to break the yolks.

  3. Keep the eggs as separated as possible to preserve their shape.

  4. When the eggs are done, place one on each piece of ham.

  5. If any eggs remain, arrange them uniformly on the edge of the platter.
