Boiled Potatoes
Ingredients
Directions
Cut off one peel lengthwise from each potato.
Boil the potatoes in hot water with a little salt.
When done, they should be dry and the skin will easily drop off.
Alternatively, peel the potatoes and boil them in hot water with a pinch of salt.
Once cooked, drain the water and sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes.
Shake the pot vigorously to absorb moisture; this will make the potatoes dry and mealy.
